Candice and her family wanted to move to Canada to take a new job but couldn’t make the move until they got their Crown Point home sold. Well, we were able to show her the previous 12 months history of ‘How Many Days on the Market’ or How long it takes for the average agent in our local real estate board to get an accepted offer on a home they would try to sell for their clients and this graph shows it.
So in January 2019, it took the average agent 75 days to get this done for a home in Crown Point.
